Risen Savior Parrish is a growing campus of Risen Savior Lutheran Church, serving the Parrish, Florida, community. Since launching worship services in December 2024, we have been gathering each Sunday to hear God's Word, grow in faith, and connect with one another. You are always welcome to join us!

Risen Savior’s Lakewood Ranch campus has been sharing the message of Jesus for years, and as our church family has grown, so has our vision for reaching more people with the Gospel. Seeing the rapid development in Parrish, we recognized the opportunity to plant a new campus and extend our mission.

Now, Risen Savior Parrish is taking shape through weekly worship, Bible studies, community outreach, and the work of dedicated believers eager to share God’s love. We look forward to welcoming you as we continue to grow together in faith.

Beliefs

At Risen Savior Parrish, we believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, given freely through faith in Jesus Christ. This grace is not something we earn but is received through the Word and Sacraments—Baptism and Holy Communion—where God assures us of His love and forgiveness.

We hold Scripture as the unchanging truth, revealing who God is and how He works in our lives today. In a world that is constantly changing, God’s Word remains a firm foundation, guiding us in faith and shaping how we live.

We also believe that church is more than just a place or a service—it’s a community of believers growing together in God’s Word, encouraging one another, and sharing the hope of Jesus. At Risen Savior, we find true rest and renewal in Christ, who meets us in our everyday lives with the promise of eternal life with Him.

Is Risen Savior a new church?

Yes—and no. Risen Savior has been serving the Lakewood Ranch community for years, and now we’ve expanded with a new campus in Parrish, bringing Christ’s message of hope to a growing community.

When and where do you worship?

We worship every Sunday at 9:30 AM at Parrish Charter Academy (8605 Erie Rd, Parrish, FL). Join us for Christ-centered worship, uplifting music, and a welcoming community. We also offer childcare, as well as snacks and refreshments before and after the service.

Hi! I’m Pastor Ben Balge. My wife, Erika, and I moved to Parrish in 2023 and love exploring the area—whether finding great food, visiting the beach, or walking our dog, Marley.

Starting a church here is an incredible blessing, and I’m excited to share the good news of Jesus.
